Frequently Asked Questions

For classic glace: 3-1 (water to product ratio)

  • Trial size – Add up to 4.5 oz. water to 1.5 oz. of product.
  • One pound – Add 48 oz. water to full 1lb. container to make 2 quarts. 

 

For a classic demi-glace: 4-1 (water to product ratio)

  • Trial size – Add up to 6 oz. water to 1.5 oz. of product.
  • One pound – Add 64 oz. water to full 1lb. container to make 2.5 quarts. 

 

For a classic stock or fond: 20-1 (water to product ratio)

  • Trial size – Add up to 30 oz. water to 1.5 oz. of product.
  • One pound – Add 320 oz. water to full 1lb. container to make 2.6 gallons. 

Our products are shelf-stable for up to 2 years unopened. 

They can also be used for up to 6 months refrigerated after opening sans cross-contamination.
