Founded in 2000, Ajinomoto Cambrooke recognizes the critical nature of managing serious medical disorders through medically-based nutrition therapies. “CamBrooke” is a combination of the names of the founders’ children, Cameron and Brooke. They were the inspiration behind starting our company and who have PKU, an inborn error of protein metabolism disease, making them reliant on specialized nutrition for life.
